An increasing number of enterprises are adopting omnichannel functional test automation (OFTA) tools to speed up software delivery. Application development and delivery (AD&D) teams appreciate close relationships with providers to help them best use products and innovate test automation processes. As part of our evaluation of OFTA vendors, Forrester conducted an online survey of 45 reference customers using the evaluated vendors' solutions.
