Summary

COVID-19 is spreading globally, affecting life in more than 200 countries. Our #pandemicEX research project aims to understand how employees are experiencing this. Forrester’s Q1 2020 European PandemicEX Survey revealed the employee experience of 205 Spanish adults working part or full time during the COVID-19 crisis. Spanish business leaders are instilling more confidence in their workforces by putting in place effective measures to protect their workers. 64% of Spanish employees prefer to work from home during the Coronavirus crisis, but almost half of the workforce longs to go back to the office once it’s over. Spanish workers are adapting fast to the enforced work-from-home schedule. Many prefer it if the company offers flexibility to deal with family and childcare responsibilities.
