UK banks have been building up their brands for dozens of years. To find out if they were able to translate their brands online, we reviewed the sites of the four top brands on how well they communicate their Brand Image and deliver value to consumers. All reviewed current account providers — including top dog Lloyds TSB — need a few more years to get there.
