This allows the full organization to deliver the technology needed to achieve customer obsession, meeting future customer and employee needs. In Forrester’s Future Fit Survey, 2022, 76% of business and technology professionals at future fit organizations with 500 or more employees strongly agreed that stakeholders across their organization view their technology organization as a business partner, compared to just 17% of their peers from traditional organizations.
