This report outlines the change management recommendations of Forrester's solution for security and risk (S&R) and infrastructure and operations (I&O) executives working on mobile security and operations initiatives. We designed this report to help S&R and I&O executives develop a communication and awareness campaign to: 1) create a security culture with end users; 2) influence stakeholders in other IT groups such as enterprise architecture and application development; and 3) market value and secure additional budget from the CIO and business leaders.
