Indian organizations have been adopting software as a service (SaaS) to increase resilience and agility but are starting to rethink that approach. Cloud decision-makers whose organizations are adopting public cloud and migrating to a cloud computing infrastructure reported that they are more likely to modernize workloads and move them to the cloud than replace them with SaaS solutions. When doing so, cloud architects and IT leaders must ensure that they are refactoring the architecture, using microservices and open APIs to ensure ease of integration.
