Between October 2007 and September 2008 Forrester's IT security and risk management team fielded 152 inquiries on content security from end user IT professionals. Among these inquiries, the most popular questions focused on email security, Web security, and data leak prevention (DLP). These inquiries reveal a general interest for content security to address business concerns, curb operational overhead, and keep up with new threats.
