Well-designed workshops ensure collaboration, individual contributions, shared understanding of challenges, and cocreation of solutions. In this report, we introduce the Forrester Workshop Design Framework, which guides workshop facilitators through designing the principles, characteristics, and components of a workshop and helping stakeholders fulfill their roles.
