Who? What? Where? When? How? It's the question of "who?" that often stymies infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals when it comes to business technology (BT) resiliency programs. Who is responsible for maintaining and executing plans? Which stakeholders should you include and at which point in the process? This report provides guidance on the answers to some of these questions as well as the materials for building a customized RASCI chart. The goal is to dispel confusion and disorganization, to solidify understanding of roles and responsibilities, and, ultimately, to implement a successful business technology resiliency program.
