Infrastructure and operations (I&O) transformation performance management practices must satisfy key transformation goals. First, they must help I&O leaders drive their transformation by promoting the exploration of BT, as we believe this is key to I&O's continued business value. Second, they must ensure that internal systems of record technologies continue to be consistent, reliable, and scalable in support of the exploration of BT. Third, they must be linked or show the relationship to the CIO's performance goals to ensure desired business outcomes. This report explains I&O's transformation Balanced Scorecard and suggests over 15 metrics which support the key transformation goals I&O leaders must consider to guide I&O transformation.
