AI agents increasingly are being used to discover products and services, make e-commerce purchases, and perform other consumer services like making restaurant reservations. Curbing fraud during these transactions is important, since runaway malicious AI agents can cause more trouble and losses faster than human fraudsters. This document highlights the top nontechnical and technical defenses against AI agent fraud and how fraud management solutions can help.
