Mobile devices are everywhere. People use them to send an email or text, read the morning news, or share a solution to a problem on an internal social network. But with all of this mobile usage, why are today's workers not embracing learning online with their smartphones or tablets as vigorously as they embrace these technologies in their personal lives? This report looks at the state of mobile learning today and identifies reasons it has not taken off. We also suggest solutions to this dilemma for both companies and vendors considering mobile learning.
