Most French Consumers Are Not Using Chatbots To Engage With Financial Services Firms

Only a handful of French online adults use chatbots to engage with their financial services providers. French Millennials are much more likely than other age groups to use chatbots to connect with their banks and credit card providers, but their use of chatbots with investment providers remains in the single digits. Just over a third of French online adults believe that chatbots can handle mundane financial tasks; still, most are not interested in or comfortable with using them for customer service with financial services providers.
