Three out of four North American digital strategy professionals say their organization will increase its spend on digital initiatives in the next 12 months based on data from Forrester’s Digital Business Strategy Survey, 2022. However, only 43% plan to do so by 5% or more. Digital professionals can make a strong case for higher budgets: Digitally advanced firms report significantly higher rates of year-on-year revenue growth compared to firms that are digital beginners. Sixty percent of digital strategy professionals believe digital efforts and initiatives will have a lot of impact on future revenue growth.
