Summary
Forrester’s State Of Design Survey, 2025 reveals that 55% of design professionals say their organization is best described as having executives who are committed to creating accessible experiences and the required work is happening. However, when asked what the organization does as part of its accessibility work, less than half of respondents whose organization has someone working on accessibility indicate they apply best practices such as conducting accessibility reviews of design concepts and gathering feedback on products from people with disabilities. This data snapshot shows the disconnect between “commitment” and action when it comes to creating accessible experiences.
