Channel demand services can be delivered by a centralized channel marketing hub, regional or business unit marketing, or field marketing resources that support last-mile execution. Partner-led marketing implies that partners execute the last mile of the marketing program, but suppliers should support these efforts. Last-mile services act as field execution specialists providing prescriptive guidance to partners in a decentralized model. Plan last-mile execution support based on local market needs and the local partner mix. In this report, we describe four types of channel demand services that are typically delivered by last-mile execution resources in local geographies.
