Accessible procurement is a foundational ingredient for any accessibility program, yet over half of businesses committed to creating accessible experiences haven’t made this a focus. Others have struggled to get it right given the competing priorities in most procurement practices and the unique challenges of evaluating vendors’ accessibility.
