Developing a cohesive information strategy that can deliver on current and future business needs is challenging. Building an information architecture is a highly collaborative endeavor, and to succeed architects need strength in a specific subset of enterprise architecture (EA) planning and governance capabilities. This toolkit is an interactive tool based on Forrester's EA capability map and scores the readiness of the organization (EA, IT, and business) to either develop or mature the capabilities related to developing an information architecture and information strategy.
