Agent loyalty has a big impact on insurance carrier revenues. Given the big boost that loyalty can mean for sales, is more money the way to an agent's heart? Agent compensation is already a big expense for insurance carriers, and agencies are reaping strong profits. So it's not surprising that the loyalty rewards that agents most prize aren't directly financial ones. In this report, we examine which rewards US insurance agency owners most value and why, as well as how rewards can generate big returns for insurance carriers.
