Small and medium-sized government (SMG) entities continue to invest in mobile technologies and services, but lack the mobile policies to effectively manage and protect this growing area. SMG managers need to take a lesson from their private sector counterparts and put in place solid mobile policies that establish guidelines for technology adoption, security, and support.
