Summary
Forrester surveyed a total of 16 vendors offering a variety of different Internet/multichannel banking solutions. The overall outcome? Many of the solutions enable multichannel business processes by supporting interactions and transactions across various channels, offering at least some business process management, and providing various approaches to integrating disparate back-end systems. While some solutions do not yet offer full cross-channel capabilities, other solutions are already on the way to providing the front end of the future banking platform that Forrester envisions.
