Sweden is one of the most wired countries in the world. But Sweden's limited choice of insurance companies means that Swedes don't switch insurance providers that often, and often want human reassurance when they do. Online non-life insurance sales will grow slowly over the next few years to reach 525,000 by 2011, as Sweden's insurance companies use technologies like chat to convert a higher proportion of online insurance researchers into online buyers.
