Summary

On September 23, 2008, project-based solutions (PBS) pioneer Tenrox released version 10 of its flagship solution in both software-as-a-service (SaaS) and on-premise versions. Building on improvements in version 9, which tightened integration of back-office applications with project management, Tenrox 10 expands on end-to-end business process optimization of project management and resource planning. Additional user experience enhancements, expanded support for Microsoft tools and technologies, and mobile and offline access not only reduce barriers to adoption but also improve overall productivity. Forrester recommends Tenrox as one of a handful of project-based solutions for applications professionals seeking a purpose-built solution with rich PBS functionality.
