European telecoms are pursuing new opportunities to increase their revenues and protect their profit margins. Many providers are looking toward converged service delivery (CSD) as a market opportunity in this context. However, only a few players have had a promising start in developing CSD value propositions for international enterprise customers thus far. While the temperature is rising in the CSD market, it is not yet fully established. To obtain and sustain market leadership for European telecom players, strategists must push harder to acquire the right skillset and establish excellent partnerships.
