We measured the CX quality of 12 auto manufacturing brands in five European countries, totaling 30 divisions, in the 2021 European Customer Experience Index (CX Index™). This report reveals the quality of German, Spanish, UK, Italian, and French customers’ purchase and service experiences with some of the largest and most important auto manufacturers operating in Europe.
