We measured the CX quality of 12 auto manufacturing brands in five European countries, totaling 30 divisions, in the 2021 European Customer Experience Index (CX Index™). This report reveals the quality of German, Spanish, UK, Italian, and French customers’ purchase and service experiences with some of the largest and most important auto manufacturers operating in Europe. CX leaders at European auto manufacturers can use this report to review CX trends and inform their experience improvement initiatives.
