By using a series of questions to assess the way they currently sell, salespeople can discuss their skills and competencies with their sales managers and identify opportunities for further professional development to increase their effectiveness and success. This toolkit was updated in September 2015 to reflect new Forrester terminology as defined in the B2B Go-To-Customer Strategy Matrix.
