Forrester evaluated leading consumer-directed health plan (CDHP) platform vendors across 58 criteria and found that ConnectYourCare and QCSI have established CDHP platform leadership — thanks not only to their payment capabilities but also to their employer-specific features, such as benefit design flexibility and online enrollment. CareGain and HealthEquity lead the market in integration with financial institutions. The TriZetto Group is a Strong Performer for health plans running the Facets platform, but it's still developing some key payment capabilities, such as automated payment from members' HSAs. Amisys Synertech, Inc. (ASI) has a solid current offering, but it lacks the vision and presence to reliably maintain its position.
