In Forrester's 74-criteria evaluation of customer-centric global banking platforms vendors, we identified the eight most significant software providers — FIS, Infosys, Oracle, Polaris Financial Technology, SAP, Sopra Banking Software, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Temenos — with nine banking platforms in the category and researched, analyzed, and scored them. This report details our findings about how well each vendor fulfills our criteria and where they stand in relation to each other to help application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals and teams in related roles select the right partner for their customer-centric global banking platform.
