Enterprise business intelligence (BI) applications are hitting an adoption ceiling. Lack of personalization and utilizing one-size-fits-all user experiences are among the multiple reasons for low adoption levels. Technology and data leaders should consider the seven key BI user personas introduced in this research to adopt personalization as one of the best practices for higher BI adoption and smarter software licenses/contracts.
