In Forrester's 26-criteria evaluation of North American (NA) services vendors, we identified the 14 most significant providers — Atos, Capgemini, Cognizant, CompuCom (The Global Workspace Alliance), CSC, Dell, Fujitsu, HCL Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), IBM, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Unisys, and Wipro — and analyzed their offerings.
