Effective records management programs can play a key role in easing eDiscovery burdens and cutting costs. Records management stakeholders, however, report shortcomings with legal hold, issues with eDiscovery integration, and challenges in coordinating with their counterparts in legal, compliance, IT, and other roles — all of which affect eDiscovery confidence.
