As part of our Forrester Wave™ evaluation of continuous automation testing (CAT) platforms in Q4 2022, we talked with reference customers suggested by the vendors. These customers provided insights into the platforms based on their experience with the testing tool in question: the good, the bad, and — at least in some cases — the ugly. This report reveals their feedback on how they use their CAT platform, giving testing leaders an idea of current trends and practices.
