The Forrester/Disaster Recovery Journal November 2023 Disaster Recovery Practices Survey shows that disaster recovery (DR) continues to be a top concern, with many DR programs reporting to C-suite roles. Firms that include DR as part of their enterprise risk management strategy regard DR as a strategic capability rather than just a technical one. However, many businesses are falling behind in their DR preparedness overall. As we look to a more cloud-enabled future, businesses must evaluate and mitigate risks in cloud-native workloads and SaaS environments. This report presents data from the survey and provides information about DR and trends.
