Summary
Annually, Forrester surveys enterprise architecture (EA) leaders to understand "the state of EA." This year's survey shows that while enterprise themes, like customer centricity, are beginning to impact EA, the alignment of EA priorities to these themes is weak. We find that EA programs are beginning to bring in new roles, and, in a very encouraging trend, that awareness and support by business roles is measurably increasing.
