Forrester recently surveyed 24 current financial services professionals who are members of our eBusiness, Channel And Product Management Research Panel to get a sense of how they measure the success of their eBusiness. Our panelists include executives primarily from US banks, but there are also a number of executives from banks in Canada and the UK. The results from Forrester's survey show that most eBusiness executives know the right metrics to use to measure their success, but few are able to measure them — and those who do measure them don't always measure them effectively.
