To help them navigate the hype, we identified 10 emerging technologies that every digital executive should monitor or invest in and organized them according to when firms can expect ROI. Five of the technologies also appear on Forrester’s global top 10 emerging technologies list: natural language processing, explainable AI, extended reality, privacy-preserving technologies, and Web3.
