Managed cloud services have become the focus of a new class of suppliers spawned by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which has extended managed services into its public cloud with runaway success. Managed cloud isn't the province of one set of suppliers or type of services but rather a broad phenomenon encompassing multiple vendors.
