Summary

"There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else." This famous quote from Sam Walton is one of the most forgotten ideas when it comes to infrastructure and operations (I&O). Why? Forrester believes that network infrastructure is a critical component in ensuring a proper user experience. We refer to this as the user experience network (uXn). This paper will look at the wireless aspect of this architectural trend and why I&O professionals should be embracing wireless uXn.
