Aaron J. Goodwin is the CISO for B Riley Financial, headquartered in Los Angeles. B Riley has over 2000 employees across more than 100 locations, which serve thousands of customers daily. Aaron has over 17 years of experience in the Information Technology and Information Security fields, where he focuses on mentoring others in their desire to grow professionally within IT and Security. Before joining B Riley through acquisition, Aaron was the CIO for Wunderlich Securities, Inc. He spent several years there enhancing the functionality and services, which helped the company grow and expand rapidly. In addition, Aaron has served in several roles within the Information Technology portfolio, which has given him the knowledge to adapt quickly to all environments. Today, Aaron focuses on aligning security with business objectives to forecast strategic road maps for their growth and resilience while delivering solid security solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in information security and a CISSP certification.
