Belinda Simmons is a Solution Principal with the Advocacy team at Medallia. Belinda’s passion has been around working with our customers to share their success with creating better customer and employee experiences. Belinda has been instrumental in building several practices at Medallia including Contact Centers and Healthcare. She has extensive experience in driving adoption, transformation, and change management, as well as building and evolving Customer Experience programs across all industries including but not limited to Healthcare, Hospitality, Insurance, Financial Services, and Utilities.

Belinda provides over 20+ years of experience in Experience management and has a unique perspective on how to leverage customer engagement to optimize performance and produce positive business outcomes.

She is married with 2 kids and has a dog she adopted during COVID . Her favorite things to do is travel the world with her husband so they can experience new cultures and people and spend time hosting Family and Friends.
