Bennett Lee is a director of Insights and Analytics Piedmont Healthcare and he has 15 year experience in marketing across different industries. Bennett specializes in marketing analytics and he is responsible for providing market/patient insights to key decision makers in Piedmont. His expertise touches a wide range of marketing: survey design and analysis, campaign development and measurement, CRM, and data visualization. Last  5 year in Piedmont Healthcare, Bennett’s primary focus was to convert Piedmont marketing into data/insight driven organization. Using advanced analytics tools including Tableau, Salesforce Datorama, Google Analytics, and Sparq, his team is now supporting not only the different functions of marketing but 22 hospitals across Georgia, and helps them making data/analytics based decisions. Bennett often describes his job as a chef, data as ingredients, and strong analytics as a good dish. He believes good analytics should deliver a good story and result in actionable plan. As you imagine, Bennett loves cooking and he tries to cook a new recipe for his family.
