Jason has been a Eureka Analytics Evangelist with CallMiner since late 2016. Prior to working for CallMiner, he spent five years in the speech analytics field utilizing Eureka to create analysis on Agent Quality, First Call Resolution, Call Avoidance, Sales Efficiency, Handle Time Reduction, and many other topics. Jason has over 10 years of Call Center experience and over 15 years of leadership experience. Jason is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
