Director, Certification, Forrester
Jenna is a Director with Forrester’s Certification product. She leads a team that builds and delivers online learning experiences to CX, marketing and technology professionals, helping them align on common frameworks and ways of working. She also works with clients to build custom learning programs for both teams and enterprise audiences.
Prior to joining the Certification team, Jenna was a Global Council Manager at Forrester, helping senior data, insights and marketing leaders on the journey to make their organizations more customer-centric and insights-driven. Before coming to Forrester Jenna held various marketing and strategy roles in the media and gaming industries. She has experience with product strategy, campaign management, direct marketing strategy, and media buying.
Jenna earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She also holds a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in Film Studies from the University of Maryland.
