Global DEI Engagement Partner, Sprout Social

Jordan is an incredible DEI leader with a passion for driving systems-level change and has been a prominent advocate for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices around the world. As an 11-year Army Veteran, a founder of a non-profit aimed at ending human trafficking, and most recently as an experienced DEI Leader in the corporate space, Jordan has a track record of pushing the boundaries to positively impact the experiences of marginalized communities across different contexts.

Jordan has been responsible for leading the data-driven DEI engagement strategy for small and enterprise level organizations including, culture-shaping initiatives and sustainment efforts, enabling BRGs, and partnering closely with global DEI Leadership Teams. He also frequently collaborates with Organizational Development and Learning teams to further integrate DEI into culture, core values and leadership behaviors, and partners to develop, facilitate and program manage global DEI learning curriculum, targeted development programs and open forums.
