Kari is a Customer Experience Strategist and manages the Voice of Customer program at FedEx Office.  She led the implementation of the company’s first omnichannel program, which incorporates feedback from in-store and eCommerce channels. She has a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
