Maegan is a strategic marketing and loyalty leader with over 15 years’ experience working on impactful retail and loyalty strategies to deliver measurable results. Known for her creative thinking, ability to tie strategy to key data insights and turn concepts into executable plans, Maegan has a proven record of engaging complex business issues to deliver thorough and robust solutions. Her breadth of experience includes loyalty program design, customer lifecycle management, designing innovative customer engagement strategies, 1 to 1 program design and implementation, digital and direct marketing program development, designing and building product platforms and program measurement. Maegan has also lead client service teams building key relationships, delivering aligned and impactful marketing solutions and contributing the broader strategic plans of her clients. Prior to joining Bond, Maegan held a number of senior loyalty roles with LoyaltyOne as well as retail marketing and loyalty roles with Grand &Toy and Indigo Books & More.
