Marcia Sanford

VP, Member Research and Intelligence, Navy Federal Credit Union

Marcia began her career with Navy Federal in 2010.   In her current role, she leads the Member Research and Intelligence team.  Her team is comprised of Predictive Modeling and Analytics, Cross Channel Analytics, Member Research, and Business Intelligence.  The team works across the credit union by providing strategic member insights via modeling and analytics, strategic research, competitive intelligence, member experience measurement, segmentation, and usability research.  In addition to driving insights across the organization, the team provides training on key business intelligence and analytic tools (PowerBI, Cognos, SQL, R, Python, etc.).

Prior to Navy Federal, the majority of her career was spent in market research and consumer insights positions within various high tech companies including Netscape, Apple and AOL.  She is a California native, addicted to traveling and an avid golfer.
