Mr. Neighoff has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. His experience spans the pharmaceutical, talent management and laboratory diagnostics industries. Since joining Labcorp in YEAR, he has served in various roles of sales management and leadership. In his current role he oversees the strategy and administration of sales enablement (Learning & Development, sales competencies and analytics) and sales ops (compensation and CRM). Mr. Neighoff has also been involved in the strategy and execution of a revised on-boarding and sales enablement delivery for new hires and enhancing data capture of customer interactions.
