Ron took his degree in commerce with a concentration in marketing, management, and information systems from the University of Virginia. He started his career as a consultant for pharmaceutical firms in North Carolina. through his passion for learning, he was able to shift his career and made his way into leadership at a known software company in the USA. He became involved in digital process automation and agile transformation for various companies in us telecommunication, transportation, and biotech and honed his expertise and reputation abroad. prior to joining UnionBank, he worked as a Chairman and a Strategic Consultant for Appian and Philippine Tech companies.
