Troy Avidano is a learning professional who specializes in delivering educational content that drives engagement and customer success. Troy joined Google in 2016 and currently leads Alphabet’s Engineering learning systems initiatives including Skillshop, Google’s largest enterprise learning platform. Skillshop offers training for Google Ads, along with training and education for Google for Education, Cloud, YouTube, Grow with Google, Waze, and Android. This focus on teaching and educating end users and providing Certification programs helps drive and measure proficiency. Prior to Google, he was responsible for managing Sales Training Operations at Facebook. Serving as Operations Manager, he helped the company launch Facebook Blueprint, where millions of marketers and advertisers learn how to utilize the Facebook and Instagram marketing platforms.
